Added pyfft991 for T63 and T106 compatibility in pyburn. Needs testing. Also updated version compatibility; numpy 1.22 breaks f2py for some reason. Need to troubleshoot.

Removed intensity transformation in pRT.makecolors that I think was causing the problems. Should now have identical behavior to colormatch.specs2rgb.

Fixed output bug!! Python API was overwriting the source code switches via namelists. I also added an accumulated mmr output. mmr values seem reasonable except for build-up in bottom layer. I have increased the sink strength. Will make plots and test longer runs tomorrow.

Now running on one PRO without numerical instabilty and output container showing up in .nc file. Some negatives in mmr and cube in .nc is empty. Still debugging.

Imposed bounds on values of air temperature and viscosity to avoid floating point error. Code now runs for several timesteps but gz grows quickly until it crashes (numerical instability).

Adding a selection of USGS spectra; the USGS ocean spectrum will eventually become the default; for now it's only the default in pRT. USGSaspenforest also now the vegetation default in pRT only. Also updated pRT to better-handle vegetated worlds, including loam, dune sand (in deserts), better forests, etc. Also updated colormatch to include more colorspaces and gamma-correction.

Updated pRT to use the fraction of light intercepted by vegetation to set vegetative surface fraction, and randomcontinents will now correctly locate T21.nc when nlats is None.

Inserted new code into aerocore module and set logicals and constants in aeromod. The new modules and subroutines still use tracer_ini and tracer_ini0 to initialise the grid. Added an aerosol count to plasimmod. Source and sink NOT yet built in.
