Postprocessor fully-written and integrated. Utility added to gcmt to read any and all exoplasim output archives and return them in a format-agnostic way. burn7 replaced with pyburn as the default postprocessor. Also added crash tolerance to run routines, so ExoPlaSim can (optionally) recover from crashes on its own.

Pyburn postprocessor fully-written; needs testing. All derived variables now included, and support added for NumPy, CSV, tarballed, and HDF5 output formats. ExoPlaSim initial compilation script configure.sh now includes compilation of pyfft f2py bindings. f2py3 is currently used; need to check if python 2 will work.
