Normalize incoming provider/model IDs and try safe fallback lookup candidates so valid models with variant identifier shapes (e.g. ollama/local prefixes) resolve instead of returning "Model not found".

Rewrite as full-stack Pi Web UI with server-side agent

Replace the browser-only example with a full-stack architecture:
- Node.js/Express backend running the Pi SDK with system access
(bash, file read/write/edit) via WebSocket
- Lit-based client using @mariozechner/pi-web-ui components
- Session persistence with SessionManager, session history sidebar
- LiteLLM model integration with sorted/filterable model selector
- Green accent theme, collapsible sidebar, mobile-responsive layout
- Deployed as systemd user service on port 8085 (pi.zetaphor.space)
